Step into the warmth and share the Fire & Ice experience with up to eight guests per session. Each 50-minute Pop-In invites you to slow down, recharge and connect in the welcoming heat of our wood-fired sauna.
Optional cold plunges are available for anyone who wants to experience contrast therapy—moving between heat and cold to awaken the senses and support healthy circulation.
Come on a date, bring a friend, family member or coworker, or arrive on your own. Move through the experience together, sip nourishing elixirs by the fire and leave with a new friend.
